THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE LEGAL LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AS WELL AS INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 

Rhea Performance Systems LLC. (hereby referred to as "Rhea Performance Systems", "we", "us" or "our") does not provide medical, fitness or other advice. You participate in our programs, and the exercises within these programs, entirely at your own risk. 

By accessing, purchasing, or using our programs or services, you agree to the terms of these "Terms and Conditions, also referred to as "Terms", which form a legal binding contract between you and Rhea Performance Systems LLC. 

The items held in these terms and conditions dictate the access and use by any individual, from the United State, and the territories held by the U.S, or any other country or territory in the world, of the "services" (defined as applications, website, products, content, programs or any other service) provided by Rhea Performance Systems. After reading these terms, if you do not agree to the contractual agreement, you may not access or use the Services provided. We reserve the right to terminate our Services and Terms with you or cease your access to our Services, at anytime and for any reason we deem fit. Rhea performance systems may disable or cancel any accounts or orders that violate these Terms.  

Rhea Performance Systems holds the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions occasionally and will be effective once they are posted and updated here. Continuing to use or access our Services constitutes as your consent to follow the updated Terms.

All Services provided by Rhea Performance Systems is sold as is and as available. We reserve the right to deny any purchases or orders if they are not available or the incorrect amount was charged or paid. RHEA PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Products and Services sold by Rhea Performance Systems are to be used soley by the client who purchased it and received the Product. Buyers are not authorized, unless otherwised stated in these Terms, to resell, transfer, copy, distribute, post, or share to any other party for any purpose. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PROGRAMS SOLD CAN NOT BE SHARED, POSTED, COPIED, OR DISTRIBUTED OTHERWISE UNLESS GIVEN EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT FROM RHEA PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS LLC. Violators will be prosecuted and legal action may be taken. 

By purchasing Services from Rhea Performance Systems, you acknowledge that we do not take the place of a certified professional or a personal trainer. All Services and Programs provided must be overseen by a certified professional to ensure proper technique is performed and the program is altered to the athlete’s fitness level, goals, and health. All athletes should be cleared by a certified physician before participating in any programs or Services sold by Rhea Performance Systems. YOU AGREE BY PURCHASING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT YOU WILL FOLLOW THESE TERMS. ALL WORKOUTS AND TRAINING IS DONE ENTIRLEY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

By making a one time purchase or purchasing a subscription, you give us the right to charge you for said transaction (or third party payment processors). Other information will be required for these transactions, such as credit card number, email, and billing information. Purchases give us the right to give this information to these third party processors in order to complete transactions.  

Rhea Performance Systems will not be liable for any indirect, extreme, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, injury, or damage resulting from using our Services. This applies even if we have been advised of any damages. You agree that Rhea Performance Systems does not have any responsibility or liability to you. 

The activities, Services, or programs provided have inherent risks, stated earlier, by performing or purchasing these, you agree that you do so solely at your own risk.
